Product Description
1 Ply panel: The 1-ply panels are mainly used as a veneer, where the bamboo panel is pressed double sides on a base ( for example MDF or chipboard). Most applications require pressing on both sides of the base, to prevent possible bending.
Sandwich Panel: The sandwich panel consist of 3 layers of 1-ply panels, where the middle layer is vertical it looks like "I " construction.
Muti-ply Panel: The muti-ply panels consist of multiply layers of bamboo, where the middle layer can be either horizontal or vertical pressed.
All panel types available both Natural & Carbonized colour, horizontal and vertical looks.

To make ply bamboo, rectangular strips are cut from the raw bamboo and then boiled to remove sugars and protein. Only premium quality strips are selected for manufacturing into plywood. After treatment and drying, a final moisture content of 7-9% is achieved to ensure optimum stability. These bamboo strips then undergo state of the art compression using E1 or E0-level adhesives which binds them together to form plywood. PX Bamboo plywood is left unfinished and natural so that it can be custom stained and finished for maximum project flexibility.
