Sizes: 3000/4000*620/650/720/900/960*30/40mm. Thickness: -0mm+0.2mm, Width: -0mm+5mm, Length: -0mm+10mm. Lamella/Stave Width: 28-45mm. Random length of Stave: 200-700mm.
2. Size-cut: Worktops must be cut precisely in 90 angle.
3. Moisture Rate: 8%-12%. Sanding: 240 grit (face); 180 grit(back).
4. Glue: Finnish Dynea & Japanese Koyo(according to DIN EN 204 without open gluelines.
5. Finger Joints: Quality of joints between lamellae will totally exclude breakout, gaps, holes and excess glue on Top face. Ends well trimmed; Finger joint hiding at side.
6. Production Capacity: 300m3 per month
7. PACKING:
A strong wrap for each panel, corners reinforced, very safe packaging (plastic bands), fiberboard covering, strong wood pallets. Some airbag/wood frame must be put between two pallets.
