Our company's outdoor composited bamboo will give product warranty for 20 years for high density Deep anti

fung outdoor strand woven bamboo construction materials from the purchase date under good use

conditions and our warranty :

1. We strong recommend all the boards are finsihed already before delivery from factory, including

trim to site need dimensions & finish all round / chamfered edges & pre-drilled holes & cover all

6 faces / surfaces painted well etc.

2. If it must need to cut any board for site need, for sawing is recommended to usa a diamond saw

blade and well sharpened carbide blades, since all our board is very hard and density is around 1250

kgs / m3 .

3. And all on site sutted surfaces should b treated with water - based oil or wood wax timely to

cover it.

4. For fixting board to bench support seat or to floor joint, which all need use matched stainless

steel screws / bolts /clips. All those accessories we can supply according to the true need .

5. After all boards installed , a regular maintenance is to clean the board with wet cloth in dialy ,

and have to renovate the board with water-based oil or wood wax at least 6 months period.

Since strand woven bamboo material is natural mateiral, which is normal phenomenon of color

fade and even appear with little crack veins , but prompt maintenance can avoid all those issues

perfectly.

But this warranty will be void for the following conditions.

• Any act of God (such as flood, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, insect infestation, force majeure and

damage caused by any other circusmtances considered unusual in normla use .).

• Any pureply visual impairements such as imprints joints, discoloratation by sunlight, seasonal climate

-related deformation or wear of the surface coating.

• Misuse accident or mishandling by buyers such as damage resulting from improper instaltion and

maintenance, clearning or surface coating , mechanical or chemical damage etc.

• Damage due to improper installation, including but not limited to:

• Improper spacing between decking boards.

• Use of products beyond normal use and service conditions, or in an application not recommended.

Such as high moisture environment we will propose we Deep Anti-Fungi strand woven bamboo

materials at suitable color.

• Movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or the supporting structure on which ®

products are installed.

• Improper use of sealants, stains, paints or varnishes as not recommended.

• Improper handling, storage, abuse or neglect of products by Purchaser, the transferee or third

parties including but not limited to denting, staining, gouging, burning and staining.
